1 prenatal appointment. This is to meet your doctor or midwife and to get to know your expectations for your birth a little better. We will also go over your birth plan and practice a little breathing and positions for labor and delivery

On call for you 24/7 and of course sitting on my phone 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date…babies come when they are ready……I stay with you through your whole labor and delivery no matter what and then for an hour or two after delivery to help with breastfeeding and to answer any questions you have.

Through your baby's birth day I can take pictures if time allows, and will put them on a CD for you to cherish...

2 postpartum visits one at 3-4 days and one at 2-3 weeks to make sure you are getting enough rest and to help answer any questions about breastfeeding and your babies birth.

 Total Fee $350, I work on a sliding scale. If you cannot afford to pay this much I will work with you or find another doula who can…. EVERY woman deserves to have a doula at her birth.I require $150 at your first prenatal appointment when you sign the contract.The rest of the money by the time you are 38 weeks.

DONA Standards and Certification apply to emotional and physical support only. The DONA certified doula does not perform clinical or medical tasks such as taking blood pressure or temperature, fetal heart tone checks, vaginal examinations, or postpartum clinical care.
