The interview is FREE

2 prenatal appointments. This is to meet your doctor or midwife and to get to know your expectations for your birth a little better. At another we will go over your birth plan, practice a little breathing and positions for labor and delivery, breastfeeding and newborn care

On call for you 24/7 and of course sitting on my phone 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date ..babies come when they are ready.. I stay with you through your whole labor and delivery no matter what and then for an hour or two after delivery to help with breastfeeding and to answer any questions you have.

Through your baby's birth day I can take pictures if time allows, and will put them on a CD for you to cherish...

1 postpartum visit around 2-3 weeks to make sure you are getting enough rest and to help answer any questions about breastfeeding and your babies birth. As well as give you a birth story/time line of everything that happened during your labor and delivery for your baby book.

 Contact me for current fee, I work on a sliding scale. If you cannot afford to pay this much I will work with you or find another doula who can. EVERY woman deserves to have a doula at her birth..

DONA Standards and Certification apply to emotional and physical support only. The DONA certified doula does not perform clinical or medical tasks such as taking blood pressure or temperature, fetal heart tone checks, vaginal examinations, or postpartum clinical care.
